Terms of Service

This is a first-draft policy prepared to unblock launch. The governing law and jurisdiction, and the precise legal framing of the service (a tool that assists a licensed engineer already on the client's side, versus a licensed engineering-consultancy office in its own right), still need a business decision and review by Saudi-licensed counsel before full commercial launch — see docs/SAUDI_LAUNCH_READINESS.md.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using Sketch Design, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind it to these terms.
2. Description of the service
We provide specialist AI agents that produce initial engineering drafts based on the brief and data you supply. Every draft remains a draft — it is never a final, approved output until a licensed engineer explicitly reviews and approves it. We augment the work of licensed engineers; we do not replace their professional responsibility.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't deliver or rely on any agent output as a final engineering decision without explicit approval from a licensed engineer.
- Don't use the service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe another party's rights.
- Don't attempt unauthorized access to another organization's data.
5. Intellectual property
You (or your organization) retain ownership of the content you submit and the outputs produced for your projects. We retain ownership of the software and platform itself.
6. Billing
Published pricing-page rates apply, or any custom quote agreed to in writing.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any engineering decision made without a licensed engineer's explicit approval. The approving engineer, and their firm or organization, bear full professional responsibility for any output that is approved and delivered.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Governing law
The precise governing law and jurisdiction will be finalized once the company's legal structure is closed out with licensed counsel.
